Terms of Service
These terms apply to Toronto Film Industry website access, member profiles, online courses, downloadable resources, events, workshops, and related services.
Accounts and Profiles
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Toronto Film Industry may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is misused.
Courses and Digital Products
Course materials, videos, downloads, quizzes, badges, and related resources are provided for educational and professional development purposes. They do not guarantee employment, representation, funding, credits, admission, or specific industry outcomes.
Payments
Paid purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required by applicable law or payment processor rules.
Refunds
Refund requests for the Living Film Industry Briefing are available before course completion. Once the full course is completed, including the badge quiz, the purchase is no longer refundable. If a purchase is refunded before completion, paid course access is revoked while the free basic member profile may remain available unless the member requests deletion where applicable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, copy or redistribute paid course materials without permission, impersonate others, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
Intellectual Property
Toronto Film Industry content, course materials, badges, layouts, downloads, and branding are owned by Toronto Film Industry or its licensors. Access is for personal professional development unless written permission says otherwise.
Changes
Toronto Film Industry may update services, prices, policies, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
