Pino Halili

Sound Supervisor

Pino holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and Audio Engineering degree from the Trebas Institute of Recording Arts, where he was awarded the Pierre Juneau Scholarship. Beginning his career as Lead Engineer for Cherry Beach Studios he freelanced at studios throughout Toronto including Sony, CBC, Puck’s Farm Studio, and Sounds Interchange (now Technicolor). Pino later joined Deluxe Toronto where he oversaw the integration of Digital Workstations into traditional analog mixing stages. Together, the team launched some of Canada’s first premiere digital mixing theatres.Pino co-founded Post City as one of Toronto’s premier full-service post-production facilities where he continues to oversee the successful completion of clients’ projects.  He also mentors filmmakers at the Toronto Film School, and recently co-produced Juarez 2045, a sci-fi action film starring Danny Trejo (Machete, Grindhouse).
